Please note that we cannot guarantee specific sites. While you may request a site via phone or email, we are unable to guarantee its availability. Check-in time is 12:00 PM (CST), and check-out time is 12:00 PM (CST) on your departure day.

1. The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.

2. Parking or driving on the grass is prohibited.

3. No extra trailers are allowed at any site.

4. Only 2 vehicles are allowed per site.

5. No open fires are allowed; only charcoal grills and propane fire pits are permitted and must be attended at all times.

6. A designated firepit is available for guest use.

7. Please refrain from parking or driving through vacant sites.

8. Stakes are not allowed in RV sites.

9. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (CST).

10. Do not hang anything from trees; no digging or ground disturbance.

11. Mechanical work on vehicles or RVs is not permitted onsite.

12. Rugs or mats must not be placed on the grass.

13. All hookups must be properly disconnected when departing.

14. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by negligence.

While we do not have breed restrictions, all pet rules must be followed. Pets must be leashed and under the owner’s control at all times. Pets may be off-leash only within our designated Paw-Paw Park. Owners are required to pick up after their pets in the RV park and Paw-Paw Park. Dog waste bags are available for purchase at the office, and an emergency dispenser is located near the Paw-Paw Park. Pets may never be left unattended outside your RV or in the Paw-Paw Park. Pets are not allowed in bathrooms, the laundry room, or the rec hall, and must not create noise disturbances or damage the site. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. After two written warnings, pets that continue to violate the rules will not be allowed on the premises.

Children must be supervised at all times while on the property. Any child caught causing damage or engaging in unsafe behavior will be restricted from common areas for the remainder of their stay. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) when using any shared facilities. Unsupervised children are not permitted to run around the park or cause noise disturbances, and bikes or scooters may not be ridden in or around the shower house.

We do not offer credits or refunds whatsoever.

  • We are happy to assist with date changes at any time. Please note that different rates may apply based on the new dates, and any difference in cost will be your responsibility.
• No-Show Policy:
  • Reservations will be held until check-out time the day after your scheduled arrival. No-shows will result in a canceled reservation with no refund.

Camp Credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance. They cannot be redeemed for reservations during holiday periods or special events, have no cash value, and may only be used once. Reservations made with Camp Credits cannot be canceled for another credit or refunded to a credit card.
